In order to best support and expand our growing partner business in Japan, we are looking for a full-time Channel Partner Sales Manager - Japan (all genders).
About your role
As Channel Partner Sales Manager - Japan (all genders) you are the dedicated contact person for our resellers in Japan. You are the key interface between our Japanese partner and our internal teams, especially the Customer Success Team. Your focus is to strengthen the relationship, grow the partner business and ensure that our partner is in the best position to successfully sell and support Speed Kit. You will report directly to our Head of Business Development.

About your role
As Channel Partner Sales Manager - Japan (all genders) you are the dedicated contact person for our resellers in Japan. You are the key interface between our Japanese partner and our internal teams, especially the Customer Success Team. Your focus is to strengthen the relationship, grow the partner business and ensure that our partner is in the best position to successfully sell and support Speed Kit. You will report directly to our Head of Business Development.
About your potential tasks
- You will build and maintain a close and trusting relationship with our Japanese reseller.
- You coordinate and align deals with the partner and are the central point of contact for all deal-related questions.
- You plan and organise Proof of Concepts (PoCs) in cooperation with the partner and internal teams.
- You are responsible for empowering and developing the partner by organising and conducting training sessions and clarifying product-specific and sales-related questions.
- You identify and promote potential for expanding the partner business in Japan.
- In your important interface function, you inform our internal teams about the needs and progress of the Japanese partner.
